The Yudisium and Gathering for Graduates for the November 2023 Period of the Faculty of Agriculture took place in an orderly manner. Located on the 1st Floor of the Faculty of Agriculture Hall, the activity was attended by prospective graduates and their parents/guardians, Thursday (9/11).
Starting the activity, reading the minutes by Dr. rer. nat. Zainal, STP., M.FoodTech as the Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Faculty of Agriculture. Next, the names of the graduates were read by the Vice Dean for Planning, Resources and Alumni, Prof. Dr. Ir. Rismaneswati, SP., MP. The names of the best graduates were read by the Vice Dean for Cooperation, Research and Innovation, Dr. Ir. Mahyuddin, M.Sc.
Representing the Dean who was unable to attend, Dr. Zainal expressed his pride in seeing alumni who had completed their studies at Faperta, both undergraduate and master’s programs. He also expressed his gratitude for choosing the Faculty of Agriculture as a place to study.
“There are many things that I hope you can apply in your life, especially the soft skills that you have acquired while studying at the Faculty of Agriculture,” he said.
He further added that the Faculty of Agriculture strives for students not only to gain knowledge in the lecture hall but also outside lecture hours. He also emphasized in his speech that the ability to master an international language is very important in order to be able to compete in the future.
